Epic MyChart Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic MyChart Analyst to join their team for a full-time and fully remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the MyChart patient portal within the Epic EHR system
- Design and implement system solutions to enhance patient access and self-service tools
- Conduct research and analysis, preparing project deliverables and specifications for system configuration
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience with Epic MyChart; 5 years preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with campaign builds, questionnaire builds, and scheduling
- Knowledge of MyChart billing and video visits is a plus
- Pediatric experience is a bonus but not necessary
