Job Summary
A healthcare organization is seeking an Epic Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap for the organization's Epic EHR system
- Manage a portfolio of optimization projects aimed at enhancing EHR functionality
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of quarterly Epic EHR system upgrades
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 7 years of experience in healthcare IT with significant experience in Epic EHR system management and optimization
- Epic certification in relevant modules strongly preferred
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus
