Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager - Epic Aura.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the Epic Aura rollout strategy and collaborate with EHR Implementation Program Managers
- Act as the primary liaison across departments to ensure alignment and progress toward common goals
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage resources, and communicate program updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in program and project management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
- EHR/EMR integration background is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in implementing project management software
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Significant practical experience in project planning, resource management, and risk management
