Job Summary
A company is looking for an Expense Report Coordinator to manage employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit expense reports in accordance with company policies
- Monitor and track the status of expense reports, following up with employees and approvers
- Assist employees with questions related to expense report submissions and maintain organized records
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, finance, or accounting roles
- Familiarity with Deltek CostPoint expense management software is preferred
- Some experience in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
