Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facets Configuration Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform configuration and support of the Facets core processing system, focusing on Benefit Configuration
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Medical Plan and Application Support
- Query, analyze, and manage Facets data using SQL or other backend tools
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Facets configuration and technical analysis
- Strong understanding of business processes related to Facets
- Experience with claims, group, billing, provider demographics, pricing, and capitation
- Ability to contribute to system upgrades and implementation of change packages
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting configuration issues
