Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day financial activities, including account receivables and payables, cash flow management, and coordination of audit activities
- Support annual budgeting and budget reporting for the national organization and multiple chapters
- Provide financial data for grant submissions and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in non-profit administrative and financial management and accounting
- Knowledge and experience of accounting procedures and financial reporting for non-profits
- Ability to set up and maintain accounting and financial management systems
- Strong budget management skills
- Experience in grant reporting and oversight
