Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day financial activities, including account receivables and payables, cash flow management, and coordination of audit activities
  • Support annual budgeting and budget reporting for the national organization and multiple chapters
  • Provide financial data for grant submissions and reporting
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in non-profit administrative and financial management and accounting
  • Knowledge and experience of accounting procedures and financial reporting for non-profits
  • Ability to set up and maintain accounting and financial management systems
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Experience in grant reporting and oversight
