Job Summary
A company is looking for a Brokerage Client Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients and broker partners as the first point of contact for service needs and issues
- Submit and process operational requests as instructed by the brokerage team or clients
- Research and respond to client issues related to form submissions, transfers, and other operational items
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in the securities industry
- FINRA Series 7 license or ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment
- Experience with FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a remote team environment
- Basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes
