Job Summary
A company is looking for a Flight Dynamics Engineer (S&C).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and maintain high-fidelity flight dynamics models using tools like MATLAB/Simulink
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of aircraft stability and optimize performance through trade studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support flight test campaigns with data analysis and predictions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in VTOL or rotary wing flight dynamics
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and similar simulation tools
- Solid understanding of flight mechanics, stability, and control principles
- Flexibility to learn other Flight Science skills as needed
