A company is looking for a Profee Surgical Medical Coder for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile charge capture documents for accuracy and completeness
- Process denials and ensure compliance with coding guidelines
- Provide customer service support and collaborate with various departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Professional AAPC CPC Coding Certification
- 3+ years of experience in Professional Services Surgery Coding
- 3+ years of experience with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 codes, and medical terminology
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Products
