Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coder II to review and process complex specialty clinic professional charges.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies coding principles consistent with regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Codes complex office surgical and hospital professional charges for assigned providers
• Reviews and corrects coding-related denials to maximize reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of professional fee coding experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPC or CCS-P Certification
• Two years of surgical fee coding experience (preferred)
• Experience with GECB/IDX and Cerner (preferred)
