Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fraud & Claims Controls Lead - Business Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assessments of existing control environments in fraud and claims, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
- Define business cases and document requirements for automation opportunities, collaborating with automation teams
- Develop prioritization frameworks and assist with execution roadmaps for project delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in risk management, control design, or business analysis in a banking or financial services environment
- Experience in control rationalization and optimization of control frameworks
- Familiarity with automation tools and strategies such as RPA and AI
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in building or improving controls in fraud, financial crimes, or claims operations
