Functional Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Functional Analyst to support project management and business analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to project managers and stakeholders, tracking project milestones and documentation
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify improvements and assist in developing functional specifications
- Maintain program trackers and reporting tools, performing advanced data analysis and visualization
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Program Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Prior experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or CMMI process frameworks
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is preferred
