Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HCM Functional Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain system configuration and evaluate modifications and enhancements
- Drive deployment of feature releases and system maintenance to meet functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM configuration and maintenance
- Proficiency in developing, modifying, and troubleshooting calculated fields and validation rules
- Experience in building and optimizing reports and dashboards
- Ability to coordinate and execute effective communications and training
- Experience with Workday VNDLY (Contingent Workers) is preferred but not required
