Functional Technical Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Functional/Technical Lead to support the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications in support of USPS mission using standard software development methodologies
- Provide user support, problem resolution, and maintain system documentation
- Support project management activities including status reporting and project scope definition
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred, or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 8-12 years of related professional work experience
- Proven experience in software development using Agile methodologies and Java Enterprise applications
- Experience with web application technologies and usability assessment
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and service-oriented architecture
