A company is looking for a Global Trade Processor to coordinate export shipments and manage related logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter export sales orders in SAP and organize POs into containers based on various factors
- Coordinate shipments for export orders with logistics, planning, and third-party vendors
- Assist customers and distributors with shipping requests and follow up on shipment claims
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service or equivalent education and experience
- Process management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Bilingual Spanish desired
