Global Trial Optimization Senior Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Trial Optimization Senior Scientist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational planning and execution for clinical trials, including study timelines, site feasibility, country selection, and patient recruitment and retention strategies
• Develop program and study-level feasibility and operational parameters
• Serve as Global Trial Optimization Lead on clinical trial team and manage selected recruitment/retention vendors

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years or Master of Science degree with at least 3 years in medical/pharmaceutical/biological sciences
• Prior experience in clinical operations/clinical research with the conduct of clinical trials
• Competency in medical data analysis
• Strong administrative and project management skills in a relevant clinical development setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferably practiced in an international clinical research environment
