Governance and Crisis Management Business Resilience Manager

Job Summary

A company in the Financial industry is looking for a Governance and Crisis Management Business Resilience Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supporting Business Resilience Programs with a focus on overall program governance and execution
• Contributing to the establishment, maintenance, and embedding of the Business Resilience Framework, policies, and programs
• Partnering with Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit, and other Risk Partners to ensure regulatory and firm risk requirements are being met and comply with the firm's resiliency strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Technology, Third Party Risk, or related work experience
• Experience with the Financial Services Industry is preferred
• Knowledge of key program components across Resilience workstreams, per Governance, Scenario Development / Testing, Crisis Management, Education & Awareness
• Experience with enterprise risk and operational risk management best-practices and controls
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, comprehend, and leverage complex risk and operational data.
