Group Product Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Product Manager, Wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the wellbeing product team and manage member Rewards features and strategy to enhance user engagement
- Participate in strategic roadmap planning and collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to improve health experiences
- Measure program performance and redefine the Rewards and Redemption strategy to support member health outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years as a Group Product Manager
- Six or more years working as a product manager in an agile software development environment, preferably in digital wellbeing or healthcare
- Experience with product design, service design, and/or design thinking is a plus
- Knowledgeable in SaaS software and user-centered, data-driven approaches
- Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and conversion funnels strongly preferred
