Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guest Experience - Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own Level 2 escalations, managing complex guest cases and high-stakes de-escalations
  • Mentor new hires by leading onboarding sessions and providing coaching
  • Identify and propose improvements to tools, SOPs, and training based on problem-solving insights
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven success as a Guest Experience Specialist or equivalent
  • Mastery over systems like Salesforce and Guesty
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and under pressure
  • Eagerness to grow into a formal leadership position
  • Flexibility to work evenings and at least one weekend day
