Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Data Solutions + Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand a team of Data Solutions professionals, improving implementation strategies for scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the leadership team to enhance processes and tools for customer implementations
- Engage directly in client implementations to gain familiarity with team operations and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in running SaaS implementations
- 3+ years of experience with SaaS finance data, particularly in revenue, invoicing, and ARR analytics
- 3+ years of experience managing teams of more than 5 people
- Deep understanding of software product development processes
- Familiarity with GLs, CRMs, and payment processing software is a plus
