Head of Monitoring and Evaluation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning for Global Ocean Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the MEL framework to assess the effectiveness of interventions
• Track key performance indicators and conduct evaluations to inform program adjustments
• Document lessons learned and organize learning sessions for knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in monitoring and evaluation, ocean conservation, fisheries management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7-10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, with regional and national experience
• Proven experience in designing and implementing MEL frameworks in relevant programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and NGOs
