Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Director of Data and Analytics (Healthcare).
Key Responsibilities
- Direct program execution of a healthcare data lakehouse initiative, aligning technical delivery with strategic enterprise objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing data solutions and analytics products
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders and vendor partners to align architecture, timelines, and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing data or analytics programs in healthcare or life sciences, including 3+ years leading cloud-based implementations
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure and Databricks in a production healthcare or enterprise setting
- Hands-on experience integrating and working with EPIC EHR systems using standards such as HL7 and FHIR
- Strong understanding of clinical data models, interoperability frameworks, and data governance
- PMP certification required; Agile or SAFe experience preferred
