Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead their analytics team and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an inclusive Analytics team, setting goals and fostering collaboration
- Own analytics capabilities across data infrastructure and insight generation for key business areas
- Develop and execute a business intelligence strategy focused on omni-channel performance and eCommerce insights
Required Qualifications
- 8 - 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting
- 3+ years of experience leading data teams with a focus on coaching and development
- Proficiency in BI tools and strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Snowflake and dbt is a plus
- Experience in designing data models and translating business problems into analytics solutions
- Familiarity with marketing and customer acquisition analytics
