Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Assistant to support the Human Resource Department with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage training database and maintain HRIS databases for employee information
  • Coordinate pre-employment tests and assist with applicant tracking and affirmative action reports
  • Lead the digitalization of HR processes and maintain employee personnel files


Required Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, EEOC, FMLA, and other relevant HR laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
