Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Identity Access Management for a full-time remote position in the field of Information Technology (IT) - Information Security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and lead implementation of the IAM strategy, including centralized access fulfillment, recertifications, and privileged access management
- Develop standard, repeatable, and automated mechanisms for self-service access management
- Hire, manage, and coach a team of IAM employees, analyze technical business issues, provide solutions, and develop strategic IAM direction
Required Qualifications:
- 4 Year College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant alternative
- 10+ years of information security or technical experience (5 years of leadership in IAM) or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience building and leading teams at an enterprise level
- Certifications preferred: CISM, CISSP, CRISC, AZ900, AWS Practitioner
- Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards
