Job Summary
A company is looking for a Distribution Department Manager to oversee electrical distribution engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of electrical distribution engineers to ensure project delivery and technical excellence
- Allocate resources to projects based on staff competency and availability while meeting client expectations
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality assurance and risk management protocols are maintained
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in utility distribution engineering (4kV-34kV)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a mandatory PE license
- Proven success in managing multidisciplinary teams and executing complex projects
- Strong project management experience including budget oversight and proposal development
- Commitment to team development and knowledge sharing
