Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate of New Business Implementation to join their Group Protection Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of assigned client groups, ensuring all necessary information is collected and coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Oversee the case installation process for basic plans, including system configuration, policy generation, and member enrollment
  • Provide education and updates to customers regarding implementation timelines and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, product and/or service implementation, and/or project management
  • Experience with Group Protection Products is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
