Implementation Services Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementations Services Associate to support customer onboarding and implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end onboarding and implementation for assigned customer accounts
- Work directly with customers to configure Risk Cloud applications to meet their objectives
- Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of implementations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in GRC Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or SaaS Implementation
- Intermediate technical knowledge of Excel or similar products
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Highly motivated and passionate about technology and customer success
- Desire to learn and understand customer problems to effectively communicate solutions
