Implementation Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager who will lead and manage the implementation of their platform for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Run product implementations, develop project plans, and coordinate all aspects of product installation, training, and go-live
- Educate customers on technical implementation processes and best practices for healthcare data integration
- Manage project status, escalate risks, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in account implementation processes within healthcare technology
- Extensive knowledge of population health and value-based care
- Experience with data aggregation and analysis, preferably with EHR and claims data
- Hands-on experience with project management principles and tools
