Implementation Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (Remote) who will oversee customer relationships and ensure successful project implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner of multiple concurrent customer implementations, balancing time to value with customer timelines
- Lead customer kickoff meetings to set expectations and goals for the implementation project
- Facilitate regular implementation sessions, providing updates and managing project milestones
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a strategic customer-facing role, such as Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager
- 2+ years of experience in implementation or project management in a SaaS environment
- Experience using Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or Monday.com is preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Self-motivated and action-oriented, with a collaborative attitude towards team dynamics
