Implementations Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementations Consultant to enhance customer experiences during the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the buildout of processes and templates for implementation efforts with medium to large Enterprise customers
- Manage the customer lifecycle and implementation project from deal close to onboarding readiness
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring successful project execution and go-live readiness
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of professional experience, including three years in software implementation, preferably with ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in requirements gathering and work organization
- PMP certification is a plus
