ServiceNow Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver large-scale ITSM implementations and migrations to Government Community Cloud (GCC) High environments
- Assess current state processes and tools, define solution requirements, and execute hands-on implementations
- Document tool requirements from To-Be processes and assist the IT organization in comparing various vendor products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in ITSM and Micro-certifications in CMDB
- Experience in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on ITSM and integrations
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
