A company is looking for a VP of Implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive successful implementations to increase customer value and revenue targets
- Build and lead a high-performance implementation team
- Create a customer-first culture and promote collaboration across departments
Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams in SaaS solution and software implementation services
- Proven success in scaling implementations and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Industry expertise in EBPP preferred
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience and certification
- 15+ years' experience in SaaS and technical understanding of implementing SaaS customers
