Information System Security Officer III
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) III to support a government customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively create, monitor, and update the status of POA&Ms to resolve weaknesses
- Conduct annual assessments and maintain security authorization documents
- Provide audit support for assigned systems throughout the audit process
Required Qualifications
- No degree with 16 years or Bachelor's Degree with 10 years or Master's Degree with 8 years of cybersecurity/FISMA-related experience
- Extensive knowledge of NIST Controls and the RMF process
- Experience with POA&M management and vulnerability scanning
- Knowledge of financial audit standards and classified system IA requirements
- Certification(s) such as CISSP, CASP, CISA, CEH, or CISM required
