Information Systems Analyst II
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Information Systems Analyst II (Zuora Administrator).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements and integrations
- Configure and customize the Zuora Billing platform to meet user needs and support audits and financial reporting
- Act as a system administrator for the Zuora Billing platform, managing end-user access and system health
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance, billing operations, or revenue accounting within a SaaS company
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue platforms
- Expertise in administering and optimizing the Zuora Billing platform
- Experience with Zuora-Salesforce integrations and ERP systems
- Zuora Administrator certification highly desirable
