Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging training programs and assessments, partnering with content experts to align with company priorities
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and user testing
- 1-2 years of visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong design portfolio showcasing original learning products with HTML5 or similar technologies
- Experience creating complex eLearning courses with Evolve or Articulate 360
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
