Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to enhance customer experience and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials for customer education on the analytic platform
- Manage the online learning management system and computer-based training programs
- Support the onboarding and upskilling of commercial teams
Required Qualifications:
- MA or BS degree in instructional design, education technology or similar
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in instructional design or learning development
- 2+ years of healthcare or technology-platform specific experience
- Prior admin experience with Docebo LMS
- Experience with learning/course management systems and media development tools
