IT Asset Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Asset Manager to manage software, subscriptions, and hardware, and oversee vendor and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy Flexera and mature current processes into a single point of failure process/architecture
- Monitor the life cycle of IT assets and administer publisher volume license portals
- Ensure compliance with software license agreements and evaluate inventory against vendor contracts
Required Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of experience in Software and Hardware Asset Management
- Experience with IT Software Asset Management, including software licensing and purchasing
- 5+ years of experience with Flexera
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or 8 years of relevant experience
