Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Senior Manager for the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead people management activities, including setting expectations, coaching, and team morale
  • Oversee compliance with policies and procedures while promoting governance and maintaining relationships across the organization
  • Manage budget and project activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 10 years of IT work experience, including 5 years in project management
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and deploying large-scale technology solutions
  • Knowledge of software development processes and current technologies
  • Experience with ServiceNow tooling, maintenance, and administration
