Java Development Instructor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Java Developer Instructor to join their remote technical training team, responsible for delivering Java Development training and supporting students in achieving their learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily instruction, assess students, provide one-on-one tutoring, and monitor individual student progress
- Maintain and update learning management systems with student grades, certification scores, and progress notes
- Assist in curriculum development and act as a substitute instructor when necessary
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of teaching experience and 1 year of IT work experience
- Knowledge of database-management systems, SQL, object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, and Full Stack Development including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Core Java, and Spring frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps, experience with CI/CD, Github, Jenkins etc
- Preferred knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Angular 8 or above, and ReactJS
