JIRA Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Jira Administrator to support its Security Operations Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing security engineering support for SOC technologies, focusing on ticketing systems
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions for improvement and customization of ticketing systems
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues with JIRA applications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) years of IT experience
- At least two (2) years of experience working in a SOC type operation for a government or commercial client
- In-depth knowledge of JIRA and ticketing systems, including workflow automation and customization
- BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with scripting languages and database integration/administration (ideally Postgres)
