Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jira Administrator (Jira Service Management Specialist).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Jira and Jira Service Management, including configuration and optimization
  • Design and implement ITSM processes, manage SLAs, and improve service workflows
  • Integrate Jira with third-party applications and develop dashboards for performance reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator with a focus on Jira Service Management
  • Hands-on experience with configuring Jira workflows, automation, and service portals
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and frameworks
  • Experience integrating Jira with tools like Confluence and Slack
  • Proficiency in JQL, scripting tools, and API integrations
