Job Summary
A company is looking for a Jira Administrator (Jira Service Management Specialist).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Jira and Jira Service Management, including configuration and optimization
- Design and implement ITSM processes, manage SLAs, and improve service workflows
- Integrate Jira with third-party applications and develop dashboards for performance reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator with a focus on Jira Service Management
- Hands-on experience with configuring Jira workflows, automation, and service portals
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and frameworks
- Experience integrating Jira with tools like Confluence and Slack
- Proficiency in JQL, scripting tools, and API integrations
