Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Database Administrator to design, implement, and maintain databases while ensuring their performance, availability, integrity, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide Azure SQL database solutions
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Azure SQL databases, ensuring integrity and high performance
- Analyze and tune Azure SQL databases for optimal efficiency and performance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Azure SQL Server Data Engineer
- 4+ years of experience managing databases on Azure or AWS
- 1+ years of experience with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Personal Health Information (PHI)
- 1+ years of experience with change management systems like ServiceNow and Jira
- United States citizenship is required for this position
