Junior Configuration Management Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Configuration Management Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Follow software configuration management concepts, policies, practices, and standards
- Maintain computer software to ensure systems perform consistently over time
- Operate CM tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and auditing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience or a HS degree and 6-8 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS-Windows, M365, and MS-Office applications
- Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with SharePoint
- Understanding of software configuration management concepts and industry practices
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess a minimum 3 years of residency as a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) in the U.S
