A company is looking for a Jr IT Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Interest in ticketing systems, asset management systems, and user account lifecycles
- Familiarity with common enterprise SaaS applications
- Comfortable with feedback and building rapport with others
- Familiarity with hardware and software lifecycle management is a plus
