Laboratory Vendor Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Laboratory Manager (VLM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide vendor oversight for clinical studies, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Lead vendor meetings, track action items, and manage deliverables to ensure milestones are met
• Document and escalate unresolved operational issues and support quality activities within the vendor operations

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in life sciences with 3+ years of project management or clinical operations experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of similar experience
• Clinical or biological laboratory experience with knowledge of biospecimen processing and analysis
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or clinical research settings
• Strong understanding of clinical drug development, ICH GCP, GLP, and clinical laboratory specimen handling
• Project management skills, with PMP certification preferred
