Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst and Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document workflow, systems requirements, system impact analysis, systems design, process analysis, and testing
• Create and maintain standard reports, manage reporting and ad hoc report requests
• Participate in design plans for implementation, produce user documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of systems analysis experience in appropriate technical environment
• 7+ years of directly related experience
• Related professional experience in the managed care, healthcare, or insurance industries
• Knowledge of system process analysis and/or program management, estimating IT system development and testing
• 5+ years of experience working in Medicare Operations (for positions supporting Medicare)
