Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst/UX Designer for a fully remote role supporting a Federal Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging user experiences
Provide hands-on technical support and final QA of deliverables
Collaborate with teams and provide highly analytical and creative ideas for design engagements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of business analyst experience with recent experience in leading SharePoint (PowerApps) design projects for a federal government agency or private sector entity
Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean, Lean Six, and/or Six Sigma lifecycle
Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Fireworks
