Lead Business Analyst UX Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst/UX Designer for a fully remote role supporting a Federal Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging user experiences
- Provide hands-on technical support and final QA of deliverables
- Collaborate with teams and provide highly analytical and creative ideas for design engagements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of business analyst experience with recent experience in leading SharePoint (PowerApps) design projects for a federal government agency or private sector entity
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean, Lean Six, and/or Six Sigma lifecycle
- Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Fireworks
