Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Developer for a small profitable SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the SaaS solution used by thousands of restaurants and guests worldwide
- Implement and enforce coding standards, review team's code, and find solutions with quality and development time in mind
- Handle responsibilities such as code quality, security, testing, deployment, monitoring, scaling, and performance
Required Qualifications:
- A yearly company get-together, somewhere in the world
- Minimum of 5 years experience in JavaScript-based development with Node, React, and MongoDB
- Experience with Meteor and Material-UI is a plus
- Ability to work with a team, provide motivation, and make decisions when necessary
- Prioritization of reliability and ease-of-use over using the latest technology
- Experience in hiring and building a team is preferred
