Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for their Computer Support Specialist Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures to a cohort of up to 2,000 Fellows in virtual classroom settings
- Collaborate with company operations personnel to ensure smooth class operations and adherence to schedule
- Prepare for lectures for approximately 1 hour per week
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent educator with a passion for teaching and helping others
- Degree in a Computer Science related field and/or industry experience in a computer specialist role
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software basics, operating systems, network security, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and the future of IT
- Outstanding team and people management skills
- Preferred: Advanced credentials from top educational institutions
